Sitter in Ballston Spa, New York

I am an experienced caregiver and have been caring for children for 15 years. I am currently nannying for a 3 year-old girl full-time and her 5 year old brother in the late afternoons. We are looking to add another child or children to the nanny share. I have taken care of children ages 8 weeks through teenagers and enjoy working with children of all ages. I typically plan daily activities to include crafts, reading, music, and outdoor activities. I also take children to the park, beach, library, and museums if the parents are comfortable. I have been a CDL licensed driver for 15 years. I went to vocational school for two years for early childhood education and have my certificate. I have been a caregiver all of my life and truly enjoy working with children. I have been with my current family for five years and we have nanny-shared with other families, whose children now are in school. I have stayed with most families that I have worked for several years. I would love to add another child or children to the nanny-share as I find that children thrive when they are around other children in a home setting. Being that this is a nanny-share, I am able to offer a reduced rate for families. I am available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be flexible.
