Hi there! My name is Tanya and I have been a nanny for ten years, although I have been babysitting children since I was a teen! I absolutely love watching children grow and taking part in their daily activities! People often ask me how I deal with children all day but I can't imagine doing anything else. I have had office jobs and I was so bored! I would prefer a consistent schedule of 40-45 hours a week.
