Hi Vancouver/Surrey Parents 👋 Do you need a date night? Or a temporary set of extra hands? I'm an experienced 28-year-old professional interested in casual, as-needed childcare opportunities. I'm located in North Surrey near the #1 highway with reliable transportation. I would like to offer my services to parents in unique situations who might not be able to otherwise find someone. If you are on a waitlist for a daycare, need help with a birthday party or corporate event, or need to run an important errand without your kid, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I have always worked with children in various roles starting as young as when I was able to take the babysitter course at the age of 12. I had numerous casual childcare positions throughout middle school, high school, university, and abroad as an au pair. I genuinely love children! After professionally nannying for 4.5yrs I have remained a casual sitter for many families I have worked for and some new ones. I have extensive experience with newborns - teenagers and have also worked as a travel nanny for several families in the past too. You can expect me to keep your house clean and tidy and to pick up and clean after the kids and our day together. I don't mind pitching in above and beyond ethier but please communicate your expectations clearly when you message me so I can quote you appropriately. I have up-to-date first aid and CPR certification. I have experience with autism, addictions, trauma, and high-risk youth as well from my work as a Registered Social Worker.
