Sitter in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am a nanny and occasional sitter living in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. I am conveniently located on the MA border, and am willing to commute an hour for the right position. I have experience caring for newborns through teen-aged children. However, my main focus has been as newborn nanny/night nurse (mostly always multiples). Sometimes the job duration has been short term, but I have also worked with a family for 3 years. Currently, I am looking for a family that needs overnight newborn care and/or occasional newborn care as a live-out position. Depending on the situation and hours needed, I may be able to work FT/PT/per diem. I am reliable and have an open availability in the late evenings through the morning. I offer competitive rates at $25-30 hourly and am willing to negotiate discounts if needed. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the baby (babies), and to ensure that the parents are comfortable with the care I provide, and most importantly, are able to sleep. I am CPR/AED certified for all ages. I was a lifeguard and swim instructor for ten years. I also work per diem at a residential school for boys, and have had to be cleared by DCYF - meaning I have had to pass a background check, fingerprint check, and driving record, not to mention numerous yearly trainings. I am a non-smoker. I have a bit of a nursing/medical background as well. Along with overnight care, I have provided early morning care, and transportation.
