Hello my name is Lauren Hayes and I'm 17. I am very creative, warm, and patient. I love children of all ages and I have a lot of experience with all ages. I'm an easy going fun loving person. I will try my best to meet children's needs and fulfill any any requirements needed as such. I offer a nurturing environment where kids feel safe. I am very playful and love Interacting with kids. I try and get to know each child and understand how they learn and operate. Every child is different so I try my best to accommodate to this. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and find it very inspiring and rewarding. I ensure the safety of all children and while having fun taking cautious actions to make sure they are safe. I have been babysitting and taking care of children for five years now and I find it to be such a blast. I can also cook and clean and take care of hygiene( baths and grooming) if needed. I do my best to make the time together fun and exciting.
