My name is Kori Vertz, I am 15years old, home schooled, and have experience with kids.I babysit my little cousins at times, they have ranged from the ages of 1-10, since I was 10 years old. I am planning on going to PSC in May to make use of the accelerated high school program. My mom is an ESE teacher and there are several young children in my family that I take care of. I am interested in this job because I am saving up for a car, car insurance and the basic necessities in life, like a house. I plan on running my own dance school one day, and adopting children. I am also working on getting partial emancipation. On April 15, 2018 my parents are signing the emancipation paperwork. If I begin and end working between the hours 6am and 4pm, I would need to be picked up and dropped off. After 4pm, before 6am, and on the weekends I will be able to have reliable transportation. Due to being in a home school program, I have a lot of free time, and can choose my hours. I am very responsible and enjoy playing games. I have played a lot of "school" and "house' in my times watching little kids, that I think I have become a pro. I play several different instruments, love anything to do with STEAM, Science Tech Engineering Art and Math. My unweighted GPA currently is 3.6, because lately I have been struggling with English, due to the fact it is AP, and I am learning more about Poetry, which isn't my forte'. I am Typically an A student, but my grades have slipped to a high B in history and high C in English. I enjoy music, arts, games, and more. I enjoy taking care of smaller children because there is never a dull moment, and they always give me a reason to smile. Many people in my family are teachers, I go up to the schools and help out around the classroom during the school week. I have an ESA, his name is Jupiter.
