Qualifications: -BA in Early Childhood Education -Finger Print Clearance Card (includes 2 rounds of background checks) -CPR and First Aid training -Experience as Professional Nanny/ Teacher in Child Care Center ranging from infancy to pre-teens Hey there, my name is Michaela! Some of my favorite hobbies include baking/cooking, finding new delicious restaurants with my fiancé, reading, and drawing. Growing up I was fortunate to have some outstanding teachers who helped guide me throughout my life, which is where my passion for working with children comes from. After high school, I attended the University of Arizona where I graduated with my BA in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as a professional Nanny and in a few different Child Care Centers, but have been volunteering with children long before then. One of my favorite experiences while working with children, no matter the age, is seeing them have the “Aha! I can do it moments” and start gaining their independence/ becoming their own person. I hope to help children realize their full potential and have a lot of fun along the way! .
