Sitter in Minden, Nevada

Hi, My name is Lori. I'm available to babysit day or night, one time, or multiple bookings, part time, or possibly full time for the right position. I travel to work all around Lake Tahoe, including Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley and Truckee. I also work in Reno, Carson City, Minden and Gardnerville. I'm a fun, loving, energetic, Professional Nanny/Sitter with more than 25 years experience. A little more about me....I'm married and have two boys, ages 11 and 5. My husband or my folks care for my boys when I'm working. I'm honest, very reliable, and always on time. I have a clean DMV record and I drive a minivan or a 4 wheel drive, depending on weather. Childcare is my chosen profession, and I really enjoy what I do. I started babysitting at a very young age, and I knew then I always wanted to work with children. I've worked as a Nanny more than 15 years all around Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Reno. Commuting is no problem. I have more than 25 winters experience driving in the snow. Weather, or summer traffic for that matter, has never caused me to miss work or be late. I am very dependable. I had a licensed daycare in my Incline Village home for 6 years. When I had my daycare I cared for 7 children, including infants through age 12. I've also worked at large daycare centers. I'm great with kids of all ages, though I've cared for infants through age 4 the majority of my career. Some parents have even given me the nickname Baby Whisperer. I love arts and crafts, reading and music. Though I'll admit, if the weather is good, I prefer to be outside with the kids. I'll provide references upon request.
