Sitter in Henderson, Nevada

Aloha! My name is Leia and my family and I live in Henderson. I have a 3 year old daughter, and my husband is a plumber. I recently took a leap of faith and relieved myself of my 9-5, in hopes of finishing school and becoming a full time care giver/teacher. My daughter attends Lake Mead Christian Academy, and we are also part of the Church at Lake Mead. During our free time, we enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, and adventuring around the valley. I am involved in a volleyball club and coach two all girls teams between the ages of 8-16. I also work on Sundays as a volunteer in the children's ministry/nursery at our church. The services I provide is child care for working parents Monday - Friday and occasional babysitting on request. We have a decent size yard with grass and a clean 2 bedroom home. Being that we have a three year old, we have lots toys and space to play as well as a calming environment for the children to rest for nap time. I can also provide meals for your child and we can discuss that upon request. Please be advised that we are a pet friendly home. I have three dogs. Australian Sheppard/Blue Heeler, a German Short Haired Pointer, and a Pomeranian - all of which are extremely friendly, great with kids and will be kept separated from the children during the day. I will always try my best to include structural time, and always encourage learning and growth while your child is with me in a positive and uplifting manner. I do believe in time outs and reminding a child of their manners, and will always encourage kindness and doing unto others as you would have done to you. As a mother I always make it point to remind my daughter to be a good person, be loving and kind, help others, and be genuine. These are the things your children will experience while they are with me. I have a loving and warm home, and would love to welcome your family to be apart of it.
