I have always been able to communicate well with children and this strength allows me to handle any conflicts that may arise between them. I found other professions less rewarding because they did not utilize my strengths in communicating with the children and understanding their needs. Considering my athletic ability, patience and desire to have a positive influence on another individual’s life, my experiences as a nanny have been quite fulfilling.
