Hi! I'm April, a qualified babysitter in Leesville, Louisiana. I'm experienced and passionate about caring for newborns, toddlers, and primary school aged children (honestly any age is okay). I offer live-out occasional and part-time daycare services at a rate of $16.0 per hour (we can talk about pay; depends on job & how often 😀). Children love spending time with me and I enjoy helping them grow with developmentally appropriate activities, as well as adhering to "whatever mom or dad said". I'm a new grandmother (mae mae) to a two month old cutie and mother of a 21 year old daughter. So, not only am I reliable, but I will always ensure that the families I work with are happy with the service I provide. Being a mother/grandmother/aunt myself, I thoroughly understand the importance of trust and provide a safe, secure environment for the children I'm looking after. A little quick background.... I was in the Air Force for six years doing surgery as a scrub tech. I then transferred that into civilian world. I had a motocross accident that left me as an incomplete spinal cord injury patient and that was 14 years ago. Since then I worked as a paralegal/office manager in a local attorneys and more recently, an administrator at the coroner's office. I left there to be home more with my daughter in her last years in high school and have not gone back to work full time since. That was four years ago.
