Sitter in Quincy, Massachusetts

Hello there! My name is Jiyoung and I currently reside in Quincy, Massachusetts. I'm an energetic sitter looking for a family who needs help with their kids (toddler, primary, or secondary school ages). I'm available to work as a part-time babysitter. I was raised going to church and have always loved children. I have many years experience of looking after little ones so parents could focus on attending the church service. I have experience babysitting kids ranged from 3 to 12 and can responsibly take care of up to 3 children at one time. I also have babysitting experience of a child with non-verbal autism. I was certified in CPR and First Aid through a course I took in high school, but have not been formally re-certified since. However, I personally like to refresh my memory by reviewing my training as it is a vital skill set to have. I am 25 years old, but still have the ability to look at the world around me from the lens of a young child, so kids open up to me very easily. I have a lot of love, energy, and attention to give. I also love to laugh and make kids laugh as I believe that the world could always use a bit more joy. I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and arts and crafts. I will happily help guide children in these activities if desired. I can also help with homework as well. I received a 1350 out of 1600 on the SATs as well as having experience with the Spelling Bee at a state level as a primary school student. I know how important routine and stability is in a child’s life, so I will adhere to whatever rules and patterns you may have as a family at your direction, regardless of what my personal opinion is. I unfortunately do not have a driver’s license, so I cannot transport kids. I am currently studying for a certificate in medical billing and coding, so full time is difficult for me to commit to. However, I have an extremely flexible schedule as I am self-studying and can study on the days/parts of the day I have off. If I become your children’s babysitter, I aspire to be a positive influence in their lives and only hope that they can look back fondly and remember me as the greatest babysitter ever!
