Sitter in Frostburg, Maryland

I have worked with kids all of my life. I am the eldest of five children and helped raise the youngest two, every detail imaginable. I worked at the Frederick County Health Department as a child-care provider in the Substance Abuse Division, and since I was 16 I worked at a children's farm camp, cleaning, activities, bed-time, breakfast, work, nature exploring, I worked in the gardens with the children (we farmed the vegetables the camp ate), I was a lifeguard for many years and my CPR certification just expired this June. I am more than willing to re-certify if you so need me too! The kids at camp were 7 to 12, a little older, but I can engage in a firm but loving relationship with younger children, 2 or 3 and older as well. It has been a long time since I've cared for infants, but I would be willing to do so VERY WELL and carefully and with your guidance. I have two dogs who are my children and 4 cats who are also like my children; the cats are much less patient with the dogs than I am! Meals, homework, changing, and recreation of all kinds, PLEASE discuss this with me fully! It is no problem! I taught after-school enrichment in Richmond, with school-age kids. That was varying, Spanish and crafts for the most part. I am completely open to tutoring and focusing on subject matter other than television, but TV is cool too! Gratzi, warmly, Jules
