Hello there! My name is Michael Townsend, and I recently completed an elementary education degree at Whitworth University with roughly 2. 5 years of education and child care experience across various grades and settings. This includes working with students in Sp. Ed., early reading intervention programs, and ELLs. I've also been exposed to lots of different curriculum styles, such as Montessori programs, and I love getting to interact with (and teach) all kinds of kids. I adore pets (have a dog of my own), I thoroughly enjoy cooking, and am able to be flexible with scheduling. I have a car that's well maintained, and have a Summer's worth of professional janitorial experience as far as housekeeping goes.
