Hi,👋 my name is Ariana, 28 year old female. I respect boundaries, beliefs, and rules of your home. My job is to make sure that the needs of child(ren) and other duties, are taken care of, to the best of my ability. Ive found that open communication is best, between nanny and parent(s) because this eliminates confusion. Though, I won't ask inappropriate questions or make inappropriate comments. I treat children as if they were my own but not carelessly. If parent(s) ask for pictures or updates, I have no problems sharing. Nobody's perfect and I'm not asking you as a parent to be.
