Hi! I'm Elena, and I'm currently looking for a part time sitter job in Coquitlam/Burnaby. I'm currently 19 years old and have just completed my first year of college, where I'm pursuing my dream of becoming an elementary teacher. I've had the opportunity of gaining valuable experience with children, as my mother owns a daycare and I've been working as her assistant on and off for over 6 years. Additionally, I've had past experience babysitting my younger sister and other clients, further enhancing my skills in caring for children. I am a very patient and passionate individual, particularly when it comes to caring for children. It is my priority to ensure that every child under my care feels included and loved. With my ambition to become a teacher, I have taken courses such as child development in high school, and psychology in college, which have greatly enhanced my knowledge and understanding of children and their needs. Furthermore, I have experience in tutoring, so I am well-equipped to provide extra assistance with homework if needed. As I have just completed my first year of college, I am currently available almost every weekday for the next two months, with the exception of a one-week vacation in May. I enjoy finding engaging and innovative ways to teach children, and I'm always looking for new and exciting activities to do with them.
