Description: Hey my name is Emily. I am looking for a child care worker employment opportunity near St. Catherines, Ontario. I aim to apply my skill as a child care worker. I am available full-time starting the beginning of May until the beginning of September, but I am available for part-time throughout the school year. Description of Skills: I just completed my second year of University working towards my BA in Child and Youth Studies, as well as my Bachelor of Education. I have experience working in a classroom durning my co-op in a grade 1&2 split a few years ago, I worked there every day for half of the day for around 6 months and continued volunteering there twice a week. I work well with children and have been babysitting since I was 12. I have experience with date night supervising, meal preparation, pet care, homework help, traveling with children, and full-day supervision. I am also open to and have experience traveling with families, if you need a nanny for a vacation. Regarding prior professional experience, I spent the majority of the summer of 2020 babysitting for a family with three boys, ages between 4-9. Last summer I worked full-time as a nanny for a single mom with 2 girls, ages 6 and 9, and cared for their large dog as well. I have tutoring experience from my years in high school where I tutored a grade 3 student with ADHD for about a year. I have my qualified babysitting licence and I have been recently re-certified in CPR and Standard First-Aid. I also have personal transportation available.
