Hello! My name is Gabi and I am very excited to potentially start working with your little one(s)! I just completed my High School education and I am taking a year off from college to explore what life has in store for me. During high school, I took classes involving child care, like Early Childhood Education, Human and Childcare Services, and Future Parenting. I am the oldest of four siblings so my experience with kids started when I was just 8 years old! For the past 5 summers, I would help my aunt with her in-home daycare. My main goals when caring for children are to make sure they are staying safe and to ensure they are growing and learning with the uncapped curiosity they have. Depending on the child’s age and developmental stage, and parent’s permission, I always try to engage them in some kind of learning experience to guide them to love learning new things through crafts, books, experiments, and nature. It’s very heart-warming to see a child say, “Look what I learned today!” I hope that me, you, and your child(ren) can get to know each other soon!!
