Hi! I'm Dana, a law student at UC Irvine pursuing a career in child advocacy law. I have over ten years experience working as a nanny and babysitter (one of my first nannying clients just graduated college!). I'm looking for part-time sitting jobs in or around Irvine. I have worked as a resident director, acting as on-call crisis response for adolescents at a college, as a camp counselor at day and overnight camps, as program manager for a expedition camp program, as a program manager in Seattle Public Schools nonprofits, and I volunteer year-round at a nonprofit serving queer kids and kids of queer families. I have worked with kids of all ages and am most comfortable working with toddlers through teenagers. I love working with kids in all settings, but particularly love helping families and supporting parents in taking a break! I would love to work with your family. Logistics: I have my own car, which is safe and I am comfortable transporting children in. I can provide you with background check information (extensive background checks are performed on law clerks in Los Angeles Dependency Court, where I work) and my child and adult CPR and First Aid certifications.
