Sitter in Rhinebeck, New York

I am a previous dentist (from Tennessee) who recently moved to Rhinebeck to care for my elderly mother during the day. I would love to help a family in need on nights and weekends! I adore children and pets, as I have raised one son and have had many pets in my life (cats, dogs, rabbits, sheep, geese, gerbils). I have cared for children for 20 years, providing dental care for them, as well as caring for children in their homes or at summer camps. Simultaneously with my career as a dentist, I owned a performing arts school for children. There, I employed instructors who taught children acting, ballet, and voice. A favorite at my performing arts school was the musical theater performance classes which culminated in the children performing popular musicals on stage for audiences. Also, once a year, I have traveled to orphanages in Eastern Europe to provide dental care for children. I truly enjoy caring for children and doing fun projects with them. I am also proud to say that I am extremely pragmatic and make smart decisions. I have a great SUV and can take the kids for treats, dinner, or weekend sporting events if needed!
