I am kind and patient and fun. I have extensive experience with extreme special needs (non-verbal autism). I consider my job to engage, explore, play, and teach. I am awesome at homework and school project completion. I want your child to be happy and succeed as much as you do. That informs my behavior at all times. Also, I find it absolutely unacceptable and personally repellent to ever treat a child unkindly, with force, coldness, or aggression. I believe in discipline, boundaries, and acceptable behavior but I achieve that through peaceful and gentle methods.
