Hello! My name is Elana Ladd and I am currently attending the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. I am reliable, flexible with my schedule! I am coming home for the Christmas Holidays and would love to babysit / nanny for your family! I will be available from around December 8th and will be returning to school on January 10th. I am a high school graduate who graduated May of 2017 from Rossview High School in Clarksville, Tennessee. I was in the top 20of my class. I have been involved with many honor societies, community service projects, and jobs throughout my high school career. My main job has been a lifeguard. Over the past 3 years, I have watched family members' children many times and have taught over 20 swim lesson classes. These classes ranged from 2-5 in pre-school classes to 10-11 in upper division classes. Though I have not directly been paid for babysitting or child care, I believe this gives me reputable experience of watching, instructing and aiding many children at a time. A majority of these children come to enjoy my company and enjoy every class they attend; I believe this would transfer over to a home setting as well. I am also CPR, AED, Lifeguard and First Aid certified. I have a very sweet personality but I am also a good leader. I am also very respectful, responsible and a good listener and learner. My main goal as a caregiver would be to provide necessary care for the children and have their wellbeing and care as my number one priority. My second goal would to make sure the parents and guardians are comfortable with my care and can trust me completely.
