Hello parents, I’m a hands on nanny with 20 years of experience. I also have a college degree in education and special education. I am looking for a long term position with a family or two. Experience I have: CPR/first aid Long term positions one was 7.5 years High needs babies Acid reflux Multiples Large families Families with dogs and other pets Overnights and traveling with families Newborns to teens Children with Autism high functioning to needing much more support ADHD SPD Speech delays AFIRDS I’m always willing to learn more about what any child needs to help them to be more successful. I am a believer of children learning through play. I also believe in natural consequences. Believe in working with parents as a team effort. If a child needs extra support I try to participate in those services so I can extend what they have learned. I enjoy outings like little gym, swimming, park trips, and other adventures. I believe that staying in the house all day or only allowed to go on walks is not my idea situation. I do understand waiting until a baby has immunizations. I drive and have a SUV. My rates are based on my experience, education and cost of living. I am also only working for families who are paying legally with a W2. I have a contract that can be edited.
