I have known Jessica for over six years and have seen her grow is all areas in her life. She currently is a lead teacher in one our church's Kids Ministry classes. Jessica oversees/teaches a classroom of 15-25 4-5 year old kids with the help of other leaders. She works well with the other leaders and is very engaging with the kids. She is very flexible and can go with the flow if needed. Jessica is also very good at comforting kids if they are sad as they enter the room. Kids are drawn to her and she is a lot of fun to work with. Reliability is also a strength Jessica has; she is punctual and lets me know ahead of time if she is unable to be there.
