With experience working at both the elementary and high school levels, as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer. I started gaining experience in high school where I volunteered at two elementary schools, Family Charter School and Grand Concourse School. I gained a lot of knowledge on how to work with different children from different backgrounds. After graduating College, I began working at the YMCA. During this past year I have worked with all ages from 5-15 years old. I have learned the alternative approaches and techniques to work with all ages.i have also worked with families and babysat their children. i realize how much I enjoy this profession. Taking care of children is very important to me, I make sure that their time with me is not only enjoyable but that they learn as well, thanks to my professional background working with children.I have the ability work well with families with Different backgrounds.
