Hi, My name is Kaila, I'm 27 years old, married to my husband of 5 years and travel as a nanny in the De Pere area Monday-Thursday with my 3 year old daughter (my little helper). I'm seeking one or two children who need the personalized quality care of a nanny. You could consider what I'm doing a "Nanny share" between families to bring the cost down. Because I travel, I charge per day instead of per hour. I currently nanny for one family who I've built a strong personal relationship with. This is the foundational element that I build on - relationship is key. It must be a comfortable win-win relationship for everyone involved or it won't work. I will do a 2 week trial period in which we can both decide whether it's a good fit. I am flexible. I will listen to all requests and that is important to me. I want to provide personalized care that caters to the specific upbringing you would choose for your children. I won't watch a large amount of children at once (this is not a packed daycare!) which means I can spend some one on one time with each child during the morning and afternoon. To give you an idea of how my day currently functions, I travel to give in home care for a 1 year old during the morning hours. My daughter and I arrive at 7:30am and get her dressed and ready for the day, she has a protein smoothie for breakfast and her vitamins, we then have a morning play hour in the play room which is great for both girls to have some interaction with one another. 9am is "yogurt time" which the girls enjoy for a small snack/meal before nap time. 9:30am we get in the car and go to my home for 10am nap time/quiet time. 12:30/1pm is lunch, I provide meals and snacks which are also customizable upon request (I buy organic, non gmo, whole food products as much as possible). We generally have one outing at least every other day so that the kiddos can get energy out and fresh air. During the winter, I have a membership for the children's museum of Green Bay which provides a great learning environment and way to get energy out. 3:30pm is a small snack and I drop off at 5pm. Obviously, the morning schedule will change if I watch another child or two but we can adjust to a comfortable schedule that works for all and that is the goal so that all needs are met. I'm open to ideas and requests. I currently am driving a 2013 Chevy volt but will soon be upgrading to a Toyota Highlander to accommodate more car seats. I will soon be enrolling my daughter in ballet lessons and this has brought the subject to mind that if you desire putting your children in some similar extracurricular activities, I would be glad to help accommodate that. My days currently are structured Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm. I charge $45/day/child. $50 for infants. This includes travel expenses for in home care (pick up/drop off) and healthy snacks/meals.
