I am a very creative person and I think it's very important to teach kids that creativity is the freest form of self-expression. The experience of the first five years of children's life can significantly enhance the development of their creativity. I also think music is very important for a child's growth. It helps with children's social, emotional, physical, and motor skills. With all the families I have nannied for I made sure that I had activities planned for the day at the beginning of the week. I am a huge planner and love having a schedule for the kids. I think this was also beneficial for the parents so they knew what was going on that day. I believe it's important that children have a consistent schedule because it will make them more confident with their daily activities. Some important things I value are having a strong bond with the families I work with, creating structured activities for the children, and having so much patience with children.
