Sitter in Leonardo, New Jersey

Thank you for taking the time to look over my profile ! I am the mother of a college student, looking for a nice family to work with. I have been babysitting since high school on and off. I have also worked in the corporate world, managing the private practice of an ophthalmologist in Manhattan. I do know the struggles of running a household and a business. I was also the single mother (divorced) of a son, who is now a wonderful young man. Raising him has been the joy of my life. I love babies and kids of all ages and enjoy caring for them. My last job just finished. I was caring for a four year old boy and his brother during the school year .They are now in full time camp and no longer need a sitter. I have college credit in nursing and child psychology, am CPR certified, know first aid, have a clean background check and excellent recent, local references. I also have experience working with autistic kids. I have my own reliable car and am a homeowner. I am a non-smoker who lives a healthy lifestyle. I am also an animal lover, so pets are never a problem for me. I love reading to kids, doing crafts, going to parks and beaches ( I am a good swimmer ) and a sitter who is fun and parent-wise at the same time. I also do light housework, cook, do laundry, can care for pets and run errands. Driving kids to camp, school and other activities are part of what I do as well. I am hoping to find a part time or full time weekday job with the right family for long term, steady work.
