I have had 10 years caring for babysitting and 5 years nannying. Our family was fortunate enough to have Lauren working for us all last summer. She was with my two boys (ages 8 & 14) and our two dogs and one is a puppy. Lauren did an amazing job for us June through late August. Our younger boy has a serious learning disability and we continued schooling him through the summer and Lauren did very well. He is a challenging child to motivate and she made learning fun for him and rewarded him appropriately. She was creative in finding activities my boys could do during Covid and both enjoyed her time spent with us. She did two extended stays while my husband and I traveled and all went great. She was challenged as we adopted a new puppy during her nanny duties with us and she handled it all very well. She never got stressed or frustrated and always very calm. I highly recommend Lauren.
