My name is Tofsirun! Although I am new to this site, I have been professionally babysitting for the past 7/8 years, since 2015. :) However, I have decades of childcare experience, as I am a mom to three wonderful kids, aged 23, 14, and 8. I am CPR and First Aid certified for adults, children, and infants by the American Red Cross. I have worked with many families. I like to think of the families that I work with as being an extension of my own, and love to treat all kids like they are my own children with love, kindness, and affection. I am available whenever you need me. I always tell my families to just show up on my doorstep and I will be there for you. I care for children only from my home in Mt Vernon Alexandria 22309, which is near Alexandria Costco and Mt Vernon Hospital. To be clear, I am not an in home daycare and instead just host babysitting from my own home. My home is smoke-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free, has security cameras, and everyone in my home is fully vaccinated. I own a large, single-family home with additional measures such as fenced yard (front and back), fire extinguishers, and both fire/carbon monoxide alarms. I have a big back yard and playground for kids to play on, and a separate, clean area for children to peacefully nap and sleep. I know that parents can be anxious when their kids are with a babysitter, so one thing I do to help relieve my families’ tensions are send picture and video updates every few hours or so! Most of my families are from the military (Ft Belvoir), government, or in healthcare (INOVA nurses and doctors). I am more than happy to give you references of current and past families.
