Kendra worked as a care provider at the Campfire daycare at our school. I was able to observe and build a relationship with her during this time. I discovered she was an excellent care giver. She started watching my boys outside of daycare. I have two boys close in age and one has a significant mental health diagnosis. Kendra has been a professional through and through. She has been hit, spat on, kicked and yelled at, all while remaining calm and managing them through their dis-regulation. Kendra watched my complex child this summer. She created a calendar and schedule to follow throughout the day. Kendra is very reliable, prompt and excellent with my boys. She has been babysitting for us for over four years. I continue to use her when she is available to me. She would make anyone an excellent care provider.
