Hi! I'm Harry, I'm an 18 year old college student studying Psychology and Early Childhood Development. I graduated High School at 14, so I'll actually have my BA sometime next spring (May 2022). I've been babysitting for going on 7 years this summer, and despite having other jobs, it remains perhaps my most consistent and engaging profession. I've always loved kids, even when I was one myself, and as such, babysitting was something that always came naturally to me. I'm CPR Certified, have experience with special needs kids (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, behavioral issues), and I'm also fully vaccinated against Covid, so hopefully I can fulfill any of the needs specific to your family. I have significant experience sitting for all ages, ranging from five months old to kids as old as thirteen. I can provide references for any specific age group on demand, and have no issue connecting you with any of my previous or current clients. As far as my personal life, I'm a person who's spent much of his adolescence and young adulthood engaged in the arts, with a focus on music. I'm a singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist who plays in a band and performs solo, and as such, a lot of my spare time is spent engaged in that pursuit. I'm also an avid reader and gamer and generally love all things related to fiction and fantasy. The Lord of The Rings, Dungeons And Dragons, Star Wars; I'm the quintessential nerd if there ever was one. Right now, I'm looking for a semi-consistent sitting job through which I can build a relationship with a family. With summer in full swing, lots of families are home more often or have older kids who can fill in on sitter duty, so many of my previous clients haven't been as active in needing childcare. As such, my daytime availability is great, and I'm also available for date nights. I haven't spent much time on sitter.com specifically, as I've previously spent lots of time with Bambino and UrbanSitter, but I'd like to maximize my options and meet as many new families as possible.
