Hi there! I currently reside in Greensboro, with my fiancé and our sweet rescue dog. A little about me; I love all sorts of games, ranging from card and board games to outdoor games. I love music, and have performed in several musicals and play the flute. I am also an avid reader and have spent countless days browsing the shelf at the library for the right book. All of these interests I gained during my own childhood, where I was raised without a television in the home. That isn't to say I don't enjoy a movie here and there, but I love to care for children and give them lots of opportunities to learn and explore what peaks their interests. I am available to assist with development activities, helping with reading, writing, and any homework help. (For guardians of older school age children who are also looking for tutor help, I can be of assistance with Literature and Composition courses, as well as Mathematics.) I also have countless ideas and supplies for arts and crafts activities! Over the last decade I have had multiple wonderful opportunities to work with children. This has ranged from being full time nanny to being a Sunday school teacher and vacation bible school leader, as well as a summer as a camp counselor. I have enjoyed everyone of these opportunities to grow as a caregiver, and to be there for these rewarding experiences. I would love to meet any guardian looking for a caregiver for their child, and I am always able to be reached to set up a time to go over details and answer questions you might have.
