Emotionally mature, highly reliable and adaptable woman wanted to serve in two key roles: as Executive/Personal Assistant and Household Organizer for man in the arts with very active schedule; and as Caregiver/Supervisor and Teacher for his teenaged, high-functioning autistic son. Tasks for the Executive Assistant role include maintaining schedule, organizing household, supervising personnel, troubleshooting. Strong office and administrative skills are a must. Flexibility, decision-making abilities, and personal loyalty needed to free up employer to devote more time and energy to his son and work. For Caregiver/Supervisor role, she must be maternal, nurturing, emotionally sensitive and perceptive, able to assist with homework (grades 6-9 level), strongly committed to rebuilding his developmental structure. Teaching experience with children and understanding of autism are vital. Someone with creative approach who has done extensive work on self desired. Experience, resume, references, working driver’s license, car insurance, Confidentiality Agreement required. Background check will be conducted.
