Growing up Paul, my brother with special needs, taught me patience and the ability to adapt any activity to allow an individual of any ability level to participate. Driven by a love for learning and a passion for teaching, I earned my BA in Psychology from Christopher Newport University (in Newport News, Virginia), and went on to work in the school system for a company providing services for students who needed a higher level of assistance. I also studied towards my teaching certificate in Virginia, and am currently taking a break from grad school in order to "test the waters" and ensure that I invest myself in the specialty that is the best fit for me! I am currently seeking part time work as a date night sitter, overnight sitter, last minute sitter, or any other part time care needs your family may be looking for including companion care for senior citizens or those with disabilities (I have ample experience in personal care for those who need it) as well as any pet care needs you may have! I am a dog lover and have two goofy beagles of my own, so I take your trust of me with utmost respect and know that whatever part of your family I am working with is someone you love dearly, and I treat them as I hope my loved ones will be treated.
