Sitter in Palo Alto, California

We have a live-in nanny who is absolutely amazing who is looking for a new family to join. She takes public transportation/doesn't drive and she is Spanish-speaking- (very little English) and is a wonderful, loving, responsible, honest and competent nanny. She moved up with us from LA a year ago (we relocated for a job) and now that our kids (ages 3 and 5) are going to be in preschool full time, our nanny is available to join another family. She can be a live-in or live-out nanny and charges $500/week for a live-in position (working M-F, with Sat/Sun off), or $12-14/hour on an hourly basis depending on the # of kids (she'd prefer at least 40 hours/week, eg 9-5, if possible). In addition to taking wonderful care of our 2 sons, she cooks for the our family, cleans our house, makes our bed, occasionally does the grocery shopping, and is incredibly flexible and intelligent and sweet. She has been picking up our boys from a part-time preschool that is over 1 mile away by stroller and she is very mobile via foot/stroller/bus. She is in her early 50s, is incredibly energetic, has never missed a day of work, has 6 grown kids of her own (who all live in Mexico), and has been a live-in nanny for twins as well as newborns/infants. She is simply amazing and has been a God-send for our boys and our family. We love her but we just bought a new home in Palo Alto, necessitating us to change our boys' preschool to a full time program and can't afford to pay for both a full time nanny and full time preschool. Ideally, we'd love for her to find a live-out job so that she could continue to live with us and help us in the evenings but we're open to having her find another live-in position (whatever is best for her).
