Hello there, let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I do. My name is Amira Sanchez and I will be turning 23 on July. I am both a fluent English and Spanish speaker. Currently I am studying criminal justice at City College, and will be transferring to San Francisco State University later this year. My goal is to become a police officer and to help my community grow. I am a very responsible and full of energy and enjoy spending time with children, as I myself grew up caring and taking care of my siblings. I am currently living in the beautiful town of Pacifica and have for the last 5 years. I recently returned from Spain where I was an Aupair for two sweet young sisters, and had such a wonderful time getting to know them and their families as well as the country, but because my studies are my main focus this year I had to return, but would love to still work with kids while I finish. I am the oldest sister to four crazy and full of energy siblings which I love very much. I grew up babysitting them, and have been a second mom to them for most of my life. I would clean up after them, do arts and crafts with them, go out and enjoy nature. We were very happy kids as we didn't watch much tv. When they grew up I started to babysit for other families and friends kids. I also worked for the Daly City Park and Recreation After School Program for a year. In the program we helped the young students from first grade to sixth grade with their homework, we played many games and did many arts and crafts and where also in charge of keeping a clean and safe environment. I am a licensed driver with a complete clean driving record, as safety is number one in my perspective when caring for others. I will be taking a CPR certification this month to be able to assist in any emergency that is presented. I would love to work with you and your two lovely babies.
