Hello There, My name is Gulshoda Halilova, currently attending my second year in Kingsborough Community College majoring in Biology. In the future I am planning to receive my Medical Degree and become a Pediatrician. I have previous experience working in a camp as a counselor, assisted the teachers in the Deaf School, also volunteered in a Children's Surgical Hospital, where I shadowed and assisted surgeons, physicians and nurses in Emergency Rooms. My passion working with kids have been within me from a young age. Growing up, to this day one of my commitments as an older sister, is to take care and support of my younger sibling and my other relatives. Also to do house chores and cook nutritious food. Over the course of years, working in different locations I had a chance to grow my experience and learned new skills, such as understanding kids behavior, and how to be a great role model. The type of influence that kids receive, affects the type of actions they take in the future. I believe that, by working with your child much closer I can be a great example and lead them to the right path.
