After a career in nursing and health promotion in Chapel Hill, I moved to Western NC to be closer to my daughter and her husband. I am passionate about health and wellness, animals and dog rescue, and anything having to do with the outdoors from gardening to hiking to spending time near the water. I take classes at UNCA Ollie, participate in my church, walk my dogs a lot, and exercise at the Y. I am available for part time companion care in my neighborhood at Biltmore Lake.
