Sitter in Newton, Massachusetts

Hi! I'm a University of Maryland honors student taking a gap year/semester. I am going into my junior year studying entrepreneurship and philosophy. I’m attentive to both parent’s wishes and children’s needs. Treating children with great care and empathy is so important to me. Children look up to and put a lot of trust in their caregivers and I do my very best to be a trustworthy model. My most recent babysitting experience was last winter. I spent three weeks caring for an 8 month old. That was both sweet and exhausting. To me, it's almost a certification that I can handle anything and do the job well. On top of this, I am the oldest child and have spent many years as the babysitter, caring for my younger siblings and neighbors.
