My name is Dana Carriere and I am looking for casual babysitting jobs for extra work, and to expand my resume as I want to work with a company that helps at risk youth in the near future. I am 18 years old with a 1 year old niece and a 12 year old brother. So child care has always been a strong set. I am from a small town approximately 20 minutes outside of Winnipeg, and have babysat around the community since I was 11 years old. I love kids and animals, and am used to bigger dogs as my dog is a rescue from a northern community so he is a husky, german sheppard, lab, retriever cross (140 pounds). I have no problem with doing housekeeping tasks while babysitting such as laundry, dishes, vaccumming, picking up toys, etc. Although your children will be my first priority. My charge per hour is minimum wage if it is over 4 hours, if it is under 4 hours i charge $15 an hour. I have my babysitters certificate and took my St. John's Ambulance first aide course last year. I do have a driver's license but no car to go along with it quite yet. I am a level 8 in swimming lessons, just have not continued with lessons to get my lifeguard but it is on the list of things I want to accomplish. I look forward to hearing from you!
