I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and more than 7 years experience working with school aged children ages 3-12. I stayed with my last babysitting family (a boy and a girl) for 5 years--from when the youngest was still in diapers at only a year old until she was going in to 1st grade at 6 years old. I am comfortable following your lead on potty training, picky eating, behavior management, literacy and language development, and anything else unique to your family and little ones.
