Hello my name is Brittni and Yes , I am still available for child care. These are my terms and conditions: Rates: Full time rates are $100.00 per week $30.00 every additional child. Occasional rates are $5.00 per hour $3.00 every additional child. child/ren. This fee is due each Monday morning prior to care.) *NO checks will be accepted *Mid-week enrollment will be pro-rated. First day of attendance: Please bring baby wipes, diapers, an extra set of clothes, blanket, formula/breast milk, and baby food (labeled) for infants. Meals: Food is offered to your child but they are not forced to eat it; In which case I will notify you right away if your child is not eating. Nutritional valued meals are enforced. Allergies: __________________________________________ Medicine: I will administer medicine to your child, but you will need to sign a form. Medicine must be properly labeled with the Childs name on it and the dosage and times to be administered. Allergies___________________________________________ Supplies: I will provide all the daily supplies for you Childs play and learning which include: activity coloring books, games, toys, puzzles outdoor play equipment etc. *Please call by 7:30 am if your child will not be attending daycare that day. *2 week notice must be given if your child is to leave daycare. *Please keep me updated on any phone number changes or any emergency contact information. I have worked 300 hours at a hospital in the pediatrics center watching children in their rooms and the game room. My duty was to give the children a playful, learning environment and make them feel as if they weren't in a hospital room. I did feedings, and sanitation as well. I also have done many babysitting jobs for a few of my teachers in middle school and high school.
