I have a lot of experience and was a kindergarten aide for 13 years and worked with abused and neglected children in my church ministry. I am very loving, nurturing and consistent, and I take time and pride in what I do and how it affects who I do it for. I can also offer structure and a daily routine with eating, playing interaction and socializing, including outdoor activities weather permitting. I can also get references, that show my character. I also am very punctual and dependable, and reliable, and organized well mannered and have good qualities that would teach and instruct your child to prove to train a child in the way they go would be beneficial to them in life and how they treat others and how it comes back to them. I believe strongly in positive behaviors, uplifting ways, encouragement to be the best they can be and I also believe it helps to mold them to be loving and respectful, and makes mom and dad proud.
