My name is Felicia Kvill. I am a mother myself and know the challenges of working while having little ones, so let me help! I have a minivan and am able to help take kids to and from school need be. I'm willing to work weekends, nights, days - whatever it is that is needed for you! I would prefer to work out of my own home, so your kids would need to be here while I'm watching them (however that being said I am willing to discuss). We have cats that go in and out and a husky outside that just adores kids and is gentle (he has his own dog run so need be distance can be kept need be). I live in a quiet rural hamlet and have a garden in the summer (my kids 4 yrs and 8 months) especially like to eat the peas, carrots and lettuce! I have experience with all age ranges of kids from babies of my own to teens. I used to work at a kids camp as a wrangler and love teaching and taking care of little ones! As far as discipline goes. I never yell or raise my voice. I will never spank your child. What I normally do are 5 min time outs, take toys away, or take away an activity. Obviously age also plays a factor. My personality is outgoing, fun and friendly. We outside everyday that the weather permits to play or walk. I'm am hard of hearing myself (with hearing aids can hear just fine) - however I do know ASL and can communicate with a deaf child need be. I look forward to hearing from you, have a great day!
