My name is Maria I'm 15 years old I have been cooking and cleaning and babysitting since I was 12 I have two younger siblings names are Peter and Nadia Nadia is for soon-to-be 5 and Peter is nine years old I love kids I missed changing diapers holding babies singing to them feeding them cooking for them cleaning after them my teachers would always ask me what do I want to be when I grow up I want to work at a daycare because I love taking care of kids I love seeing newborns talk smile hold their bottle for the first time crawl I love everything about it. One thing I also love doing is swimming when I first came here from Africa the first thing they did was teach us is how to swim I fell in love with the moment I touched the water want to be able to help kids that don't know how to swim and that want to I want them to experience what I have experienced learning how to swim I want them to have fun swimming and also I wouldn't mind being a swimming supervisor
