My name is Louise Hughes, I am a responsible, kind and experienced person who is looking for work. I have raised 2 children of my own and have babysat off and on over the years for countless families. I am flexible and looking for someone who needs my help. I can care for children of any age, I have tons of experience with infants, and I even LIKE adolescents, and teenagers!I am looking for a family who needs my help with transportation, date nights, oncall, evening hours, early morning hours or any fit that is outside of the hours of a traditional daycare setting. For example with summer coming up quick you need someone to pick up or drop off the kids at camp and cover that extra hour before you get off work. I can run errands too, shopping, picking up dry cleaning , prescriptions , oil changes whatever you need. I have a number of unforseen bills that need my attention so I am looking to supplement income outside of my regular job hours. I can't guarantee that our schedules will mesh but just ask, I have babysat for nurses that get called for last minute overnight shifts on an hours notice! I have reliable transportation, excellent references, and I have lived in West Haven for 10 years at the same address. I respect that you are the parent and your rules and guidelines are the law, my opinion is not important, they are your kids, your rules, period. This can be a call me if you are in a lurch type of position or something you need on a a regular basis.Like for example you need someone to transport to dance every Wednesday or tutoring every other day etc. If you need help please call me and let me know what you are looking for, I am an empty nester and love, love, love kids, and they usually take quickly to me too, I am fun, silly and involved when I watch kids, not on my phone, ignoring them, or sticking them on a device, video game or in front of the TV etc. I play with them, board games, read stories, go to the park, listen to music, depending on their ages, I stay busy with them, I was a professional chef for over 20 years so I can start dinner, or even cook with the kids if they're interested in learning.
