Sitter Job in Williston, North Dakota

I have a 1 year old son who will be 2 in May. I just moved to North Dakota and cant find childcare. Im looking for a childcare center or individual who can watch him on weekdays preferably 7am-4pm but i can always be open to different times. Im looking for someone who understands hes a baby still and wont take it harsh if he hits because we are working on the hitting. Hes very sassy so hes not acting out if he gets sassy thata his personality. I want someone who loves babies and provides a safe understanding place for him to be.
