Hello, I am looking for a babysitter for my 3 year old daughter. Somebody to come to our home to watch her. I am looking for someone with child care background and children with disabilities would be a plus as my daughter has Downs Syndrome. Somebody caring and willing to stay around for a while. She's a big mommas girl and has a hard time with somebody she doesn't know. I'm a server so the hours would vary.
