Sitter in Richford, Vermont

I have been working at a nursing home for two years now and have gained some good experience. Not only have I worked at a nursing home, but also have done community service at a children’s day camp and previous work at my mom’s licensed daycare. Kids are something that I have always looked forward to working with. This June, I graduated from Richford Junior Senior High School and received my diploma. I have developed a lot of experience from working at Our Lady of the Meadows recently. I have gained great office skills and social skills from doing so. I am able to greet people that are visiting residents and have a conversation with them. Also, I am able to answer the phones and direct people to where they want to be. From working with the elders, I have learned to become very patient and understandable with the residents. Finally, I have became more organized and dependable in the work setting. I am very interested in meeting new people and having a new job assignment. Along with the position at the nursing home, I have taken a course in Child Care, worked with my mom’s daycare children and have attended a children’s day camp for community service. I believe all these experiences have prepared me for this job positions.
